When will my order arrive?
Tracking reaches your inbox within 2 business days. Delivery takes 5 to 20 business days after that. US orders over £49 ship free.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Unused, original packaging. Email us and we send the authorization the same business day.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 7 days. You pick a replacement or a full refund, we cover the shipping, and usually we do not ask for the item back.
Are the products cruelty-free?
Yes. We never test on animals and neither do our suppliers.
Can I use these while pregnant?
Many are fine, but it depends on the formula and on you. Check the full ingredient list with your doctor or midwife before starting any supplement or active skincare.
