Delivery windows start the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Processing
We pick and pack Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are picked the same business day. Your tracking number arrives within 2 business days.
Split shipments
If one item is ready before another, we may ship them separately at no extra cost. You get a tracking number for each parcel.
Address accuracy
Check your address at checkout. Parcels returned for an incomplete or incorrect address are reshipped once you confirm the correction; a reshipping fee may apply.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are not collected by us and are the recipient's responsibility.
Problems
Lost, delayed beyond 10 business days without a scan, or damaged on arrival — email care@luvdaly.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. We replace or refund in full.
